Times & Costs

What it costs. How long it takes.

Ground Shipping

3–5 business days anywhere in the continental US. $7 flat — free on orders over $50.

Ships via FedEx or USPS, whichever gets there faster for your zip.

Expedited (2-Day)

$18 flat. Place your order before 1pm PT on a weekday and it ships the same day.

Weekends don’t count — an order placed Friday night goes out Monday.

Overnight

$35 flat. Next business day by end of day. Order by 12pm PT on a weekday.

Processing Time

We typically pack and ship within 48 hours of your order. You’ll get a tracking email the moment it leaves the warehouse.

All 48 contiguous states. No surcharges, no surprises.

Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping available — flat $25 for ground, 7–10 business days. Free-shipping threshold doesn’t apply to AK / HI orders.

International

Not yet. TONGUE TIED is US-only for now. We’re working on Canada next — drop your email at checkout and we’ll tell you the day it’s live.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

Yes to both. Delivery times may run a little longer through the USPS network.

If Something Goes Sideways

Broken cans, missing boxes, the usual.

Damaged in Transit

Cans get dented occasionally — trucks are not gentle. If your order arrives compromised, email us a photo within 14 days and we’ll replace the affected items free of charge.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking says delivered but your box didn’t show up, check with neighbors and the building office first. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, we’ll file a claim and send a replacement.

Returns

Didn’t love it? We’ll refund your first order within 30 days, no questions asked. No need to ship the cans back — just tell us what didn’t work and we’ll refund.

First-time buyers only. After that, all sales are final unless the product is damaged.

Wrong Item

We mis-picked? Our fault. Send a photo of what you got and we’ll ship the right one on our dime.
